well, i mean, when your sexuality, something that you cannot really choice due to it being based biologically, is misrepresented and underrepresented, of course you’re going ‘obsess’ over it.
also, a small, quick, google search will show otherwise for a lot of people. (x) (x) (x)
not to mention a disturbing connection of the church with spreading ‘homosexual lifestyle’, implying that being gay is something that can be changed and is sinful (x) (x) (x) , and pages with misleading ‘risks’ about being gay, especially talking about the effects that are actually moreso caused by homophobia, than are from being gay within itself. now, yes, not all straight people are like this, and yes, not all people under the church are like that as well, but it’s something that you can’t just deny because of it’s prevalence.
a better example that people should be spreading, instead of “oh god if youre a guy and like guy you’re going to hell”, are pages and such like this, for example, which are by websites that even schools use to explain other things such as development.

But if you drag an entire group of people, your gonna be wrong every time. We don’t judge all Muslims because ISIS exists. I mean some people do, and you don’t like them do you?
